“Seems to be the only fine dining in town, yet they uphold the standard well. The food was quite excellent. Very fresh oysters, excellent meats, and their signature souffle shouldn't be missed. Very accommodating for kids. All of that said, it doesn't look quite like the online photos inside, at least not in the room we were in. It's rustic and cozy but more representative of the fact that it's a golf club restaurant not a ski lodge. Be sure to remind them to credit your $50 reservation deposit back if applicable. Plenty of parking. We will definitely be back anytime we're in Keystone. Also there's a large bar area too. And nice views of the flat course, I assume (everything was covered in feet of snow on our visit in late March.)”
“Good food in a popular area. Price is to be expected for a resort town. I was surprised at the food variety. The burgers where good. Tater tots are ok. Staff was awesome! Great beer selection. They do have a kids menu.”
“The pizza is good. It’s definitely the best pizza in this area. It’s obviously very convenient when you’re done skiing/snowboarding. Honestly the best part is there’s variety. The meatballs as an appetizer is good. They have salads. The kids portion is the same as the adult portion. Single portion is two big slices of pizza. So really the value spring decent, considering it’s in a resort area. The staff is crazy friendly. They were great with the kid.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu with a few different options. The kids pizza is two giant pieces. If you’re too small kids, I would get one and split it between the two.”
“We got the BBQ chicken and pineapple, strawberry shortcake and chocolate w strawberries and whipped cream added. Just under $40 and was a great post ski fill up. We shared between four good eaters and couldn't decide which crepe was the best, we could have eaten another but would have been stuffed. The crepe itself is so light and delicious and they make them piping hot and fresh which makes for a bit of a wait...but well worth it. They also have a lunch special and some unique offerings written at the bottom of their menu that look to change regularly.”
“We had the Spicy peanut noodles and apple Bowl. The Poke bowl was very good and would order again. The noodles were ok with chicken, noodles and lots of sauce and it is pretty spicy. I would look at others options if returning there.”
“My go to place for a legit coffee before a day on the mountain. The bake goods are fresh and the coffee is delicious. In an area that is largely corporately owned, this great spot maintains a local vibe that pairs perfectly with an outdoor playground like Keystone.”
“I did have the time to stop and have a meal however I got my food to go. The customer service was awesome and the wait wasn't long around 15mins. The food slaps and the wings was great. I ordered enchiladas and wings.Kid-friendliness: There were a lot of families dining with children.”
“I give it 4 stars because everyone was kind and the pizza was good, but this it not a professionally run establishment. More like your hanging out at a friends house that happens to serve pizza than a ”
“The new Steilhang Hut at A-basin which opened for the 2022-23 season at the top of Lenawee. A must stop when you're hankering for a mid-day weiner on the slopes.”
“We went here for a apres ski, albeit a bit early for happy hour. It wasn't really a good deal. I tried saki for the 2nd time and again didn't like it. Edamame was on special, but still overpriced.”
“Nice little local place with order at the counter and cozy seating. Menu is small. Some breakfast options and panini’s. Had the French toast. It was fine. Husband had a sandwich. He said it was good. They do have a kids menu. Get the hot chocolate. Comes with whipped cream and an Oreo!”
“The server was super nice. The food was great. I do recommend splitting the chicken Alfredo because you get a lot. The OG pizza had a lot of pepperoni personally but tasted amazing.”
“So I'm scratching my head on the 3.8 stars... my experience here was excellent! This was my second visit in two days.. the first day was for happy hour which we ordered two margaritas and chips with guacamole. $15 total! And both were excellent! I was so impressed that I went back the next day for happy hour and dinner..... everything again was excellent! This will now become a regular stop for me!”
“First timers.Didn't make reservations. (Oops) So, no way we were sitting on the fancy side. Looked really nice through: truly. But we easily found space at the saloon bar. More our style anyway. It looked like, sounded like, and "felt" like a proper saloon, and, was being attended to by friendly, smart, quick moving bar tenders! Had a nice evening. Thank you Snake river saloon!”
“This place is a gem! Nothing better than a warm empanada before or after the slopes! They have quite the variety and even have a breakfast option. Also, get the sauce!”
