This is the last time we visit this location. The staff are rude, ignored our request for help, and I was forced to get my own food even though two of the staff members were having a conversation in front of me and not doing any actual work.
Terrible service. This is the second time we were ignored when trying to pick up our takeout order. Other customers were actively ignored too. One customer was forced to grab his own food off the shelf because the girl's were talking to each other. Actively ignoring customer's wanting tables cleaned. Worst chipotle ever. There was ONE person one staff that spoke English. I get chipotle 5 days a week and there is never not a line of people complaining about wrong orders. Staff always has attitude. Charge you for things they didn’t add. Long wait times for online orders. I cannot believe how poorly this is run
