Consistently excellent wings. I've tried a few of the sides: they're good too, and the sauces are great. I'm a big fan of X-hot and Garlic Parmesan. They even hold up nicely to takeout. The prices might seem high, but they're actually a deal since the wings are huge and meaty. Not like other places with their little pigeon wings and too many sauces.I grew up in Buffalo and I know wings. Jimmy's is the real deal and as close as you're going to get to Western New York here in CO.
Usually consistent great. The wings skin this trip was rubbery and the chicken under cooked. I'm not sure if they changed food venders or?? disappointing to throw 40 + dollars away on food.

Excellent wings but restricted service because of other factors unfortunately, most seem beyond their control so not penalizing but instead looking for a place that's open consistently.
