I was hoping I would like this place. The staff is friendly, and the prices for some of their sushi rolls are reasonable. But unfortunately, the food just wasn’t that good :( Especially Calamari. Whatever they used to fry it, just ends up being a big, thick, squishy, coat of dough on the outside of the meat, I’m not a picky eater, and I’m still not even able to eat it.
A diamond in the rough ✨️ that survived covid and inflation. Please drop by and give them a try. You will not regret it. Don't forget to order a purple haze. Check out this wonderful presentation. Enjoy ?

Went in for some solo sushi as a treat and was delighted at their speed and quality! The yellowtail jalapeño appetizer is my go to, this one was served with sprouts and delicious tangy ponzu sauce. The rice was sticky and flavorful and the staff were pleasant. Highly recommend!Parking: Orion sushi shares a lot with Safeway and there is always ample parking.
