Normally this location does a great job. This go around, my veggie nachos were like soup. The liquid from the beans and veggies were not drained well at all, so it watered down the cheese way too much and the flavors weren’t as good. The fajita veggies were chopped way too large for chips which normally isn’t the case and the chips were overly salted. Unfortunately not worth finishing. I’m hoping it was just an off day in the shop, but I felt it was worth writing a review so management can consider the feedback. Again, this is normally our go-to Qdoba, so not sure what’s going on.

Eaten here a lot over years because it's close and has always been amazing,and I hate to be that guy, but this is twice in a row they got my burrito wrong. Protein rice and beans were almost correct but I paid extra for double protein and there was no 4 dollar brisket in there. but all the toppings were completely incorrect or not even in my burrito. Sucks. I didn't want a rice meat and bean burrito by itself, with a single piece of chopped lettuce. That ain't what I ordered. ?♂️?♂️

For being a store on the corner of Colfax & Wadsworth, this store tend to keep themselves clean and the riff-raff out.The place is as expected from modernized Qdoba stores with all the yellow walls and such. However, they are quick in getting your food to you and the gentleman there was like a personal hype man. Much awesome.

I have been to this location multiple times now and it is consistently poor. For some reason the food from this location just does not taste very good. Not a lot of flavor. The location also looks very unkempt. Don't discount all Qdoba locations but I would not recommend this one.

The service at this location is horrible. I have been going to qdobas across Denver for 20 years and I have only ever had a problem with the service at this location. Today right before 1 pm, I walked-in and placed my order to go. During that process, the man behind the counter would not stop criticizing my order and telling me he wouldn’t put the salsas I asked because it would be “too wet” and he would have to charge more. All I asked for was a scoop of each salsa for my nachos which I had the chips on the side. He then proceeded to give me a half scoop for each salsa that I asked for. I visited this location a couple weeks earlier and had a similar experience with a different employee. The employee completed the order that I asked for,But made comments about the salsas that I asked for. Qdoba employees are not paid to comment about people’s orders and aren’t paid to police people’s orders. Additionally, the girl at the cash register was there both times and she is clearly new and has no idea what she was doing. I asked for my nachos with the chips on the side and she gave me maybe 25 chips for my whole meal and I had to ask her to give another scoop of chips. I have never had this issue eating at qdoba in the Denver metro for the last 20 years. I have even been to this location in the past and ordered the same thing like I do at ever qdoba and have never had an issue. The service here both times has been horrendous and I will not be returning to this location.
