Super rude and argued about when they could put In our phone number.They wanted to put in our number after we paid for our order, which isn't the way that's done ever. You put numbers in befpre people order so you can use the rewards people have.we have been coming to this location for years because it always had good customer service, and they were extremely rude today .They also didn't put whipped cream on our drink and then riped the lids off rudely and threw it on and were rude about it.All of this behavior was also in front of a little kid who asked why they were being mean.You work with customers and should be nice to them. We are the reason you guys get paid. If you do not like serving people and putting on a smile and faking it, then don't work around people it's simple.

Make this the only coffee shop you visit! Staff are always friendly, the drinks are always consistent, and the flavors they offer are so unique compared to what these other shops are offering. Just need a great app to go with it.
I needed a spot for a morning meeting with a client. At first when walking in I was a little caught off guard due to the music (I don't believe I have ever heard Mobb Deep at a coffee shop - kudos to the young people working there for their music intrest and not playing college rock). This place is large and well laid out in terms of seating options. I ordered a black coffee, good flavor. I really appreciate the young lady who helped. She asked if I had my number on file, which I did not, and added it quickly. My receipt came immediately (so much more helpful than paper for expenses). I had plenty of room for my meeting, and everything went perfectly.Clean facility and friendly employees!

I really like this place-it’s super cute staff was great and quick even though they were busy. Drink and muffin were really good. My only takeaway is the music is obnoxiously loud and sort of inappropriate for the environment. I came here to work on school and couldn’t really focus because of the loud trap music (even though I had headphones in, it was so loud I kept hearing it) it kept bass boosting and I decided to leave earlier than I wanted to- it started giving me a headache.Don’t get me wrong I like that music but time and place I think is very important especially because there is families/students/people trying to have conversations and like I said I just found the music to be a bit annoying after a while. Overall great though!

We come here regularly. Id say the only things that docks a star for us, is the inconsistency in drinks, but overall we love it when it's done right. Expect a rather forced small talk type of conversation almost every time. Lol. Depending on who you get for that though, it can go pretty good or slightly awkward lol. But hey!

The best coffee around. I'm so glad they have opened more locations. The energy drinks are delicious. Mexican Mocha iced or hot is the bomb! Nice atmosphere with plenty of seating inside. Always friendly baristas!
