It was a little after breakfast changeover so I knew the weight would be a little bit longer. I ordered grilled chicken nuggets with a fruit cup with a large half sweet tea, half unsweet tea with barbecue sauce. I waited over 25 minutes in the drive-through, knowing that I had a little bit of a wait but not that long. When I got to my destination, I went into my bag there was no fork to eat my grilled chicken or my fruit. My tea ended up being medium there was no sauce in the bag. There was no receipt and no napkins. How am I supposed to eat my meal with no sauce and no fork or utensils I get that you can eat it with your hands but it’s easier with a fork that should have been provided when on the bag says fork and barbecue , and there was no receipt so honestly I can’t even prove that I went to the Chick-fil-A and paid for my food because I didn’t get a receipt. I’ve never had a bad experience with Chick-fil-A. Honestly, this is kind of a first for me.

I just went to buy a sandwich, I made my order in English, even though my English is not good, I'm still learning and practicing but I don't think it's a reason to be laughed at. I could hear them laughing in the back when I stated my order and when I went to the window a girl named "KEYLA" laughed in my face. The truth is that it seemed very disrespectful to me. I don't know what kind of values they teach them.

Cobb salad is really good, however, the bacon is too chewy. It needs to be crispy! And more cheese please!
I love chickfila, i have worked at chickfila as upper management for years. when i tell you this store is not up to par it is not. I ordered a cobb salad via the mobile app, and it did not give me the option to remove the corn as i have an allergy. I called immediately after placing my order and asked them if it was possible to remove the corn (which i know is easy in just creating a fresh cobb base) they told me absolutely and it was no problem. when i got my food i realized before eating my salad there was corn in it. no worries, i called and spoke to a female manager asking if it was possible to swap them out for a fresh salad. She told me of course as long as i brought the old one in. So i brought in the salad, and was told by a different lead that i had to pay for a whole new salad and they couldn’t do anything about it. When asked who i spoke to on the phone i expressed it was a female but i was unaware of her name, i got an eye roll back. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue for me but tight on funds and was treating myself to some CFA. The manager i was met with was short, and had a underlying rude attitude. I was told the only way to get another salad was to buy it. I understand policies and procedures, but at this point i would have preferred a DOC or just a swapped salad. I was told to go through door dash for a refund even tho i placed my order through the app and there is no option to attach that door dash to me since it was through the CFA mobile app and not my personal door dash account. so now im out the cost of two salads and left rather unpleasant after feeling brushed off and ignored.
