Just went to this location and got by far the smallest sandwich. My pinky finger for comparison. This is the reason i dont mess with fast food anymore always a let down for what it costs.

I have been to probably over 50 different locations of Chik-fil-A in my life and this one is the worst. I have been here several times but I will never return. The staff typically has to finish their personal conversations before attending to guests and the store, particularly the bathrooms are unclean. My food is cold more often than not and this last time there was a hair in my sandwich. No more chances with this place.

Went to this location on the 16th of Feb. Drive Thru was busy and when I finally got to the window they couldn't find my order. No big deal, it happens but as I was running late I couldn't wait for them to redo my order so I asked them to refund the $9.44. They said it was processed and I left. That afternoon I checked the bank and the order had not been refunded. Called the Chik-Fil-A Care center that evening and was assured someone would call me back. On Monday the 19th I went into the restaurant to speak with the Manager and was told they weren't available. As of the 21st I still do not have my money back, nor have I heard from anyone. So much for their vaunted customer service.

I go to Chick-fil-a’s a lot. This one has the slowest drive thru I’ve ever seen. They can’t seem to understand anything I say through thr speakers then get my order wrong and act like it’s my fault! Chick-fil-a used to be a leader in customer experience, emphasis on used to be! These stories are getting worse and worse. I guess it’s poor management. 2/16/24 order #s 8071056 & 8070977! Don’t worry they charged me for their screwing up on top of wasting a ton of my time for it!Judging from the most recent reviews this looks like it’s becoming a trend! Tired of giving this place a chance to have decent service. Again returned home to find a main item is missing from the order but I was charged for it (missed a #1 sandwich...again). Done coming here, owner get your stuff together, this is at least the 5th time this has happened at this particular location. Castle rock location is 10/10

Bought my siblings food and gave me my fries as my meal but forgot the actual meal which was nuggets. My siblings got their meals but I didn’t get mine. It happened at least 5 times already.

Couldn't get our order right. After three times, we gave up and ate what they gave us. I'm not sure how you can screw up a simple menu, but leave it to this store they can do it! They blamed it on their lack of training! It was the restaurant on Youngfield. Whoever did training there needs to retrain there staff.
