My wife and I both go to One Medical Center, we have only been there a couple of times, because they have sent us to several different specialist. that has cost us several dollars just to run tests on us . We are not getting treatments we thought we would get with Med one because we are always going to the specialist instead seeing them. The Doc I was assigned to has seen me only one time and I have not seen him since, and that was our introduction. Not real happy with Med One .

I came off of Kaiser after 16 years and I thought one medical or IORA would be the route to go. I was excited for the change oh I was wrong they do not return your calls they just do not care about you as an Individual or a Patient I am just not happy with them at all. If it went by Word of Mouth or read the rest of the reviews I should listened to the other reviews from other patients so...beware I tried giving them a second chance and they failed I will now find me a regular doctor people do not waste your your time. They are worse than Kaiser

I am considering changing from Kaiser to One Medical Seniors (which is a better name than Iora) and had a tour 3 weeks ago. I was impressed, but Ashley (who was great) was unable to give me any information other than names on the doctors who practice there. I have spoken to Ashley since on the phone and been assured that the bios were being written but I still have not received anything. I would like to have this information ASAP to assist in my decision-making, and would especially like to know if any of the doctors at Littleton or any of the other facilities are actually geriatricians. Also, I called the facility a week ago and left a message for someone in billing to call me but have heard nothing. I know it is odd for a non-client to write a review, but I don't find any other way of contacting you.

I went to IORA at the suggestion of a friend who belonged to a different one. I found the health coach to be a nice guy--good note taker. The Doctor was, to be kind, the least able medical professional I've had the displeasure of knowing. Having nerve pain from my back I said, "You know how the spine curves in at the neck, out at the thoracic and in at the lumbar?", and he said--"I don't remember that spinal stuff from the skeleton we had in class. That was too many years ago." I suggested even if that was so--you Have one. He never looked at mine--which is dysfunctional from a traumatic injury. He seemed to be there to collect an easy paycheck. He never touched me. I could expound more, but thankfully he left the practice. Maybe he'll make a good bartender. Notice the other reviews are all from 4 years ago. I wonder why. I've been assigned a new doctor. He seems to be a real physician so TWT.
