Store opens at 10am. I showed up this morning at 10:05am, door was still locked when I tried to open it. Guy behind the counter looked up at me, then went back to what he was doing. I waited around until 10:10am in front of the store and although he looked up every now and then, never came to open the door.

literally called for 1 sandwich.. it takes them about 2 hours to deliver not freaky fast.. called and they told me 3 times that there driver was on there way never found them. i wouldn’t order from this

I'm a former Jimmy Johns GM, (a certified mayo master) and these people delivered exactly what i was craving after 5 years in less than 20 minutes. i know they're always making things with pride because i can see it in the tomato spacing. 5 stars

ordered curbside and they never brought it out to my car which is fine but i'm on crutches right now and when i had to drag myself in i saw the employees sitting down and my order left on the counter.

Spending $10+ per sandwich for a group adds up. What I can't understand is why staff are so blatantly smarmy, condescending and rude.The dude working the counter could not be more unpleasant. I dared to ask for something not on the menu and was educated "this isn't Subway." Then he pointed to the menu board and said, "that's what we got".No receipt.Just 3 unmarked sandwiches at the end of the counter."Can I have a bag?""They're right there!!!!"Suddenly a staff throw a bag on the counter.This level of service is not an anomaly, nor is it the first or second time. This dude feels empowered to act like this because either he is the manager or management doesn't care.JJ food isn't spectacular. There are so many better options. I won't be supporting this location or this behavior with my money.

Adam and his crew are incredible!!!! I accidently went to the wrong JJ and was stressed bc I had my dogs in the car and had ordered curbside and no one came out... so I went inside kinda upset- and they couldn't find my order- turns out I was at the wrong place!! It was definitely was my fault, but the men working were EXTREMELY kind and caring, they made my food anyways and helped me out. This was incredible customer service from a sandwich shop- felt like I was at a 5 star steak house. I'm so greatful to Adam and his crew for my lunch today and the smile on my face. Thank you for being so nice when I was frustrated for being at the wrong store, y'all are amazing and deserve massive raises!!! I'll def go out of my way again to come to this place!
