Recently went to Lil' Riccis for takeout. I ordered the Pasta Grande. Noticed they had left a couple things out of the order when I got home. I called them back and spoke to who I think was the manager. Instead of just giving me the missing items, they remade the whole order! I thought that was pretty classy. Appreciated them going above and beyond in correcting their mistake. Thought the food was pretty tasty also!
This place is awesome! Food is awesome! I went there as they were closing. The owner let my girlfriend and I order food and also let us dine in. The staff was very friendly and accommodated us in every way. From owner on down, they went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely be going back soon.

We had the combo meals to try everything: lasagna was good, stuffed shells SPECTACULAR, eggplant ? not so great, spaghetti, OK, meatball EXCELLENT, ravioli, EXCELLENT, chicken parmesan; no thank you: old tasting and slices instead of a breast, funky. Garlic knots, very good, sauce very good. Service was fantastic. Will go back again.
