Usually, we get great service here and been eating here for years, but tonight, after being sat at a table, we waited for half an hour, watched other tables get sat after us ordered drinks, and get their drinks. After noticing three servers looked at our table and kept going, we felt like we were being ignored. So we decided to leave. As we were leaving, we explained to the guy up front what our problem was he just had a blank look on his face, gave no apology, or tried to explain why we were ignored. Obviously, service here as tanked, and we're not sure if it's even worth coming back.

I like this place, been there several times, and want to give it a good review but cannot, for many reasons. Probably number one is lack of cleanliness. Dirty silverware every time. I ordered a martini and when it came the glass had water (or something) dripping down the sides and the drink tasted like chemicals. Another time the drinking water tasted like dish soap. My medium steak always comes raw. I ordered a strawberry dessert and the strawberries tasted like garlic, like someone used the same knife to cut garlic and then the strawberries. It was disgusting. It was after this last incident that I decided I would not be giving them another chance and I will not be going back. Too bad. Nice atmosphere, decent steak, great Cesar salad, and good service. But all the other things cancel those out.

Came for curbside pickup there was no parking so I told them I was out front they never came and checked until after I went inside already 15 minutes after my order was ready I received it and my medium well steaks were both well done if I could give 0 stars I

We have been there before. This was not our first time, my wife had a Ribeye I had the fillet, The last time we were there, everything was just perfect, this time my wife couldn’t eat it because it was so tough and stringy, mine was quite stringy for a fillet, the young man who is managing for that night came to our table, and we told him about the being quite stringy and chewy as she sent half of it back, and not for a remake ,and his response was that that type of meat is stringy! and I will be the first to tell you that I’ve had many ribeyes either bought out, or bought and cooked on my own, and they are not stringy, I was extremely disappointed when they didn’t offer one cent off, therefore, I will never return to that restaurant again!

Problems with understanding allergen cross contamination.Dietary restrictions: Not ok. Kind of took a shaming attitude on a Gluten (Celiac) contaminated meal. The order taker at Chick Filet understand it better than the manager of a steakhouse? Tainted fry oil.

I figured I'd take the time to warn others about the energy vampire working here named John M. We went in for lunch on a moderately busy day, only about 25% of the booths were full. It took close to 10 minutes before we were greeted by anyone. Then we waited another 10 to 15 minutes before being greeted by our server John. At that point the service was decent, although the host / busser had to help out at times. Our server didn't check how the food was, he only came back after I had already sent back my steak salad for being undercooked. He was very charming and seemed like a good enough server. Except he drained my energy by making us wait around for him forever at the beginning and end of our visit. When he brought the check I gave him a $25 gift card and $25 in cash for $39.95 check and said "run the gift card first then use the cash for the rest". We then waited around 20 or more minutes waiting for him to bring my change. I finally had to grab him and ask for my change. He had just assumed that I was leaving him a $10 tip on my $40 check (25%) and he never came back. He never said "thanks for coming in, have a great day" etc. He just took my money and ran. The service was so bad at the beginning and end that I left this place with my patience and energy completely drained. I realized that this was a sign that our server John M is an energy vampire. This experience makes me even more tired of the entitlement that comes to tipping nowadays. Servers make $15 an hour nowadays yet this server thought he was entitled to a $10 tip for his mediocre service, and didn't even give me my receipt or say goodbye. This experience makes me want to avoid sit-down restaurants, I am so tired of servers assuming they're entitled to my money. It is called gratuity for a reason. That means UNNECESSARY. I likely won't be coming back here again for quite a while now.

Both times I’ve been here I’ve ordered a steak rare and it comes out medium-medium well. They quickly remade it and the 2nd time it was great and perfectly rare. The steaks are very thin so I think that’s why they get overcooked so easily. The stuffed mushrooms look nothing like the picture. Just raw breadcrumbs and A LOT of cream cheese. The mushrooms were cooked good at least. Their baked potatoes are really good too. The skin is perfectly salted and crisp.

The staff here truly are service focused. The food is good, but is truly amplified by the exceptional service you receive! Dessy and Callista are amazing servers that make the experience top notch.

First time dining here and WOW - let me first start off by highlighting Billy B. Our 5 star experience came full circle not only with his kindness & just being a GOOD HUMAN, but his recommendations came through. Everything he recommended was nothing short of delicious! We will be back Billy! Give this man a raise! He deserves it!
