Terrible service came in for a mobile pick up waited inside for over 10 minutes. While other people orders that were put in after mine were addressed first, including another customer that stood in line behind me. A lady decided to ask him what he ordered and made sure his was taken care of right away. Only when nobody else was in line. Did they finally ask what order I was waiting for?

I can't believe I used to love this junk. The food is absolutely terrible, except the ? and the ? but the machine is always off or not working so you're lucky if you can get the ice cream anyway. And when did it become so expensive to feed one person a garbage meal. The more I think about it the fewer stars I want to give

Ordered a #7 with a side of bacon and the fires were soggy and cold and I didn’t get the bacon the burgers were cold and the guys at the drive thru windows looked high as a kite poor service and poor

The last two times I have door dashed nugget and fries through the McDonalds app they didn’t give sauce. It literally makes the nuggets inedible. The first time I thought was a mistake but the second time has got to be intentional. Looks like the franchiser is greedy and looking to cut costs by skimping on the sauce. Ridiculous.
Last couple times going through the drive through has not been great. Fries all over bag and not hot..sandwich very messy and also not hot....and I had to wait! Oh

Bathroom was absolutely disgusting and when I asked the employees to clean it they said they don't have a custodian available so I told them to give me the soap and a towel so I can clean the bathroom and they stapped at me saying they have no soap or towels. Very lazy employees and very disrespectful.

Self checkout kiosk doesn't work properly. Deals are horrible for dine in options. Way over priced for the low quality that is offered. Get a real burger for a few dollars more at Red Robin.
