Service was good, but the steak was not good at all. I ordered the 9oz filet mignon medium rare. Sent it back since it was rare and still wasn't cooked right. Also, it had no flavor at all. When I think of filet mignon, I think of a great piece of meat melting in your mouth and exploding with great flavor. This steak was nowhere near that at all. It's extremely disappointing since it's supposed to be a place that is supposed to have great steaks, especially one of the most expensive cuts. Definitely will never come back. I don't think I'll be back at any outback after this because this is the second time at an outback where the steaks were not good at all. So disappointing.

Went here 3/2/24 for lunch. Didn't have to wait long to sit, and they got us a booster seat for our baby right away. My wife wanted to try the margarita flight we saw in an ad, but they had stopped serving it. The server was nice and offered to make it for us anyway, but unfortunately, she never said the price. It ended up being 16$, and we got charged for 8$ for our 2 waters. We got the waters taken off the bill, but the final price for the margs was double the price advertised. Wouldn't have gotten them had we known. The appetizer came out at a decent time, but we found some pieces that were still pink(It was some fried chicken). The actual entree took a while to get to us, and our steaks came out undercooked. I ordered medium rare and got a rare steak and my wife ordered medium and got a medium rare. Last of all was my side, I ordered the bloom petals. When she handed them off to us we were warned the bowl was very hot, but the actual petals were cool. They clearly had been microwaved. Overall, the food was so bad we will never be back and what started off as good service quickly turned sour with the mistakes and noncommunication.

I tried the prime rib sandwich for the first time. It wasn't as good as what I was expecting from the outback. I also ordered the blooming onion and that was a total let down. I don't know if their temperature on their oil is up high enough, but it was waterlogged with oil.

Just not good anymore, don't know what's going on?
So we came here as the second option. We thought it was going to be good. Our favorite place was packed. Hour plus wait time. We should have waited. Outback had no wait time. This should have been a clue. The steak was not good. I had to send it back. The salad had too much dressing and not enough salad.Bread was warm but not fresh, tough, and dried out. The potatoes were, well, not what a baked potato should be. Still was hard and didn't taste good.We were overcharged, and it was definitely not worth coming to or coming back. We will not be back!

There was a 15-20 minute wait time on a Saturday night which was no biggie. Or server, though his name is escaping me, was awesome. My indecisive family had him come back to take our order a few times because they couldn’t decide. When our food came out, my mom thought her steak was just a bit too pink and my daughter didn’t like the seasoning on her shrimp. Rodney, the manager was happy to fix both with a smile. He was very friendly and helpful. Though they seemed a bit understaffed and busy, the staff’s demeanor and customer service never showed distress or frustration. Traditional prime rib, shrimp and steak Alfredo, and New York ribeye were what we had and it was delicious.

The blooming onion is still delicious. I haven't eaten at an outback in years. The servers and hostess were friendly!Kid-friendliness: We had a two year old with us and they were so helpful and considerate. No bad vibes from bringing a little one.
Later dinner but it was so good! Out waiter was very sweet and attentive and the food! Best steak I've had in a very long time!
