This Panera doesn't have a drive thru, yet the staff run the store as if it is one. Every employee in the store seemed confused that there were people there, which is crazy considering this area gets a lot of foot traffic. Put my order in on a computer, but never got a receipt, when my drink was made it was not announced. I was standing right in front of the counter waiting, but my drink was just put on a table behind other employees. Drinks are given at a different spot than food so you have to listen for people from 2 separate areas of a somewhat loud store whisper your name, keep an ear out for any of the names on your receipt. I got a confusing pronunciation of my last name. I hesitated and asked since there is absolutely nothing on the bag or in the bag to differentiate what order is whose. No receipt on or in the bag and the tape on the sandwiches weren't marked. The guy that was "calling out names" said "that's your food" when I asked what order was on the counter.Toss in that Panera is crazy expensive now and this was just a bad experience. Since when did I need to be a member of a fast food restaurant to get a reasonably priced drink. Hopefully I remember how bad Panera is the next time it comes to mind.

This is the Panera you should go to if you absolutely want the 20 workers behind the counter to ignore the customers, whisper your last name when your order that isn’t labeled is ready, and essentially not put together your drinks with the meal you ordered. If you like rude workers when you question where your drinks are, this is the store for you. The incompetence is plentiful here. They seem confused when they actually have to work.

Stopped in at 10:30 killing time. Wanted breakfast but that ended. Half sandwich on a piece of toast unimpressive with a bag of chips. Service not very friendly.

I never bought the food because the counter people had their own agendas going on. We said we have never been here ever (Aspen Grove, Littleton, CO) can you help us out, it was like she reluctantly gave up her chores to talk to us. I already said we have not been to Panera Bread before can you help us decide. She could have shown us the menus, on the wall, left is breakfast, right is lunch and dinner, and recommended something. I asked for container sizes on the soups, she ignored me, i asked again, she finally showed us, very small portions for the value. At this point I said let's get out of this dump and go to King Soopers for their 8-piece chicken meal ($14.99 USD), 2 sides with larger containers than the two large soup bowls Pandora wanted to sell me for $22-something. I will never go back and this company will fail and go bankrupt because they are managed and ran very poorly
A very charming place, an incredibly warm atmosphere, our daughter loved the fireplace. Also, the incredibly sweet girl who gave our daughter sweets just made our day ❤️.

I had coffee, and my hubby had coffee and a muffin. The self-serve coffee station was clean and well-stocked. There were decaf, hazelnut, and unflavored coffees. There was also hot water and about six choices of tea bags. Half and half and almond milk were in insulated cold containers. Several choices of sweetners were available, too.There was a gentleman cleaning tables after people left and restocking the coffee station as needed.
