This is an edit of a review I did a couple years ago when I loved their product. The last two times i had food delivered it came cold and soggy, but that is a review for DoorDash. This time, the burgers were pretty pink and we did not receive drinks. On a positive note, the customer service I received when I called about the missing drinks was stellar.
I saw one of the cooks talking on her phone while wearing her gloves and went back to cooking. Phones are disgustingly dirty, i feel like that defeats the purpose of wearing gloves to cook if you're just going to touch something dirtier than a toilet. Please train staff on food safety

Both my wife and I got the Double Bacon Cheese burger with tots. It was all good, hot, and fresh. The service was great. The staff there was friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. I highly recommend coming here. We will definitely be back to try something different on their menu.
