The vibe in Starbucks in Colorado is SOOO much different than Chicago ?. Aspen was our cashier and she was so sweet. All the staff looked genuinely happy- laughing, joking, and having conversations with customers in their shop. Spacious and a good vibe to it overall. Will be back to do some
I come here very often. Some years ago, I was working on my computer and my coffee was placed behind the screen. I was pushing my screen to see better and spilled all my coffee. What a mess! and it was totally my fault. I was going to clean it up, but no, they took care of it for me and replaced my coffee for free. I didn't expect that and offered to pay, but they said it was not necessary with a smile. I understand that this might not happen everyday and it depends on the staff...read full review
