This Starbucks is by my dogs vet. I was very emotional today under a lot of stress & also I forgot to take my medication, my dog was going under sedation for the first time, etc …my normal Starbucks in Littleton butchered my order and it kind of just made my day worst (first world problems I know). I didn’t know if you could walk in a different Starbucks and have your order fixed but I figured I’d try and if I needed to pay for a whole new coffee that was fine. The person behind the counter (didn’t catch their name but they had a pink bow/scrunchie in their hair) apologized for the other Starbucks, told me they’d fix my coffee up right away, validated I was having a bad day, and didn’t charge me for a new coffee). Then the man who made and handed me my coffee said he hoped this one was better. Just goes to show you that small, kind human interactions can change the whole course of someone’s day and this Starbucks team definitely turned my day/mood around. Thank you guys <3

I use the drive thru here a few times per week (especially in the Fall for their pumpkin drinks!), & the folks that work here are always so friendly and kind and helpful. My order is always perfect & my dog always gets his pup cup of whipped cream. I literally have never had a negative experience here & have nothing but great things to say about this location!

I foolishly grabbed my cup wrong spilling my drink all over myself and the floor (entirely my fault) and they were extremely gracious, helping me clean up and they even made me a new one for free even though it was my fault that I dropped it! Amazing service here, full of kind wonderful

This is the best Starbucks in the Denver area. The staff are some of the kindest service workers I have ever come across. I sometimes go out of my way just to go to this location.

Ordered thru Uber Eats, coffee and pastries, coffee delivered, no pastries. Manager couldn't care less, said its not the first time, didn't bother to apologize until I asked for at least an apology. Poor customer service on all fronts.
