The Veggie Build Your Own Box was on the Taco Bell app. Ordered it and still received a beef crunchwrap supreme. When we came back to communicate and fix the issue, the worker a bit difficult. They still replaced it (and appreciative of that) but I hope they can improve their attitudes :(

I can guarantee you won’t be happy if you ever visit this location. 1 Was given the wrong food while the person stood on their personal phone talking to someone. 2 the food was cold and it was only in the car for a 10 minute drive home. 3 if you try calling to get this situation handled when you aren’t the one that messed it up, you won’t get an answer. It doesn’t matter if you called 100 times in a row you will be sent to voicemail every-time. So with that being said I hope this review gives some insight on the atmosphere the people working inside are creating, and the food they are serving. As good standard food safety a good majority of the things here are unsanitary, disorganized, and just overall an unpleasant restaurant.

I love taco Bell ? but only one is really really good and this one is Broadway and mineral why because everything is fresh and they are so good they are clean so smile all the time plus they have so much respect for customers like chalupa everything mmmm OMG so jammy but this away from were I living we have taco Bell ? but they don't have any fresh food plus they get angry ???? is you asking something this guy is around were I living they don't know nothing about doing fresh food this place is nasty and I wonder if they have different people who knows doing everything fresh because they are from Mexican ?? and they don't have any education for talking with customers I'm not happy with them they don't using gloves ?? for cooking this manager day or night they nothing cool they get angry for everything that people working inside they fighting everyday I know what they talking because I'm from Denver Colorado USA but my parents are Spanish so I'm understand everything maybe next time I will record everything because they don't know anything this manager don't do anything just set down doing anything so why people don't have any relationship with emigration why they can working with places were they have to be legally in USA this place they only want to give you is Ben frijoles I'm not happy

I wish I could say I had a positive experience here as the gentleman working the drive-thru seemed nice. Unfortunately, when I arrived for my in-store mobile order, along with another customer, the doors had been locked early, with no sign and no indication of how to get the food. What I assume was an off duty worker vaguely pointed to one side of the building and after trying to get clarification from him (with no luck as he turned around to eat his food) I eventually assumed I'd have to go through the drive-thru. On top of it my order was wrong, nacho fries were cold. Disappointing.

Normally I go easy on taco bell cuz... Ya know it's Taco Bell. But this one of FUBAR. All the other ones at least taste like taco bell, but this one the sour cream was like... Rotten sour. Same with the nacho cheese... the meat was funky too.

This is a great location, open late, food is consistently good, and employees are nice. I usually eat here late night so that crew seems to be solid. I usually order potatoes which are hit or miss at other locations, but they are always freshley cooked at this location.
