The experience was fun. We had the four course meal. My only issue too much bread & not enough vegetables for first course cheese fondue. It was a little chilly in our sitting area. We did enjoy ourselves, it was my son’s Birthday.

A delicious journey into fondue Bliss. Nestled in the heart of Littleton, the melting pot offers a culinary adventure, unlike any any other. From the moment we stepped inside, we were involved in an ambulance of warmth and elegance setting the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. Upon being seated we were greeted by our knowledgeable and attentive server, who guided us through the menu with expertise and enthusiasm. We opted for the full fondue experience, starting with a tantalizing cheese fondue that danced on our tastebuds with his perfect blender flavors the variety of dipping delights from crusty bread to vegetables provided the ideal companions for our cheesy indulgence. Next, came the main course that was presented with an array of premium meats and seafood to cook to our liking in the submarine pot of seasoned broth. Each bite was tender and succulent burst with flavor and cooked perfect. As if we weren't enough, we ended our culinary journey with a decade and chocolate fondue Company, by assortment of sinful treats for dipping, the rich velvety , dipping sauce was perfect finale to our meal, leaving us completely satisfied and already planning our next visit throughout the evening. The staff at the melting pot went above, and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. From their impeccable service to the exquisite quality of the food, it was truly a night to remember .

My wife and I have been coming here for years. My review before this one was actually a 5-star review across the board. This was my wife's favorite restaurant, last night was our 30th Anniversary so what better place to take her I thought! It's been about 6 months since we have been here and let me tell you, everything has changed. They have now taken the filet off the regular menu, the only thing my wife eats here. You have to buy crappy steak and then purchase the filet for an additional $20. My wife had an entire plate of steak she didn't eat just to get the steak she likes. We've never had bad service ever until last night. The waiter was not attentive at all, we had no water for the first 45 minutes of being there and it wasn't even him who ended up offering it, it was someone else walking around filling up water glasses. He left before the cheese was even close to being melted or stirred up, we hardly saw him our entire meal. The chocolate we order hasn't been on the menu in a very long time, no other waiter has known about it but easily finds out what we are asking for. This guy just goes and gets something he thought was similar and just starts making it without even saying anything. When we ask him his answer was "this is just as good and very similar I believe". We said no we didn't want that as it was nothing alike and don't you know after putting some effort into it and asking someone he was able to get the correct ingredients together. Normally our wait staff is amazing, talking to us asking about our life and just having good conversation the whole time. This guy seemed like he had zero interest in us and his job, SO disappointing! The manager however did seem eager to make things right as we were walking out and mentioned what a horrible experience we had but after everything including the menu change, we most likely will not be back. So sad, this place used to be amazing! :(

Lovely environment and delicious fondue. We tried the 3 course menu and It was more than enough, starting with the classic alpine fondue, Caesar salad and Ying & Yang chocolate fondue, everything was fantastic and service was excellent.I’d recommend getting more strawberries and less rice crispy bites.

Service was super attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The food was tasty, atmosphere was comfy and intimate. Was my first time here (for restaurant week) and there were no issues to speak of. Thank you to the melting pot crew for taking good care of my family and I. Truly appreciated. Was full through breakfast the next day too! Highly recommended and appreciated. There's a reason so many people enjoy coming to yal! Bravo!

This is the second melting pot I have been to. This one is larger and old styled. Lots of staff, but service is slow with you waiting for hours at a time. The food is great and well made. The atmosphere is nice and peaceful, but the restaurant/building is haunted with multiple sightings and more. 9/10 would melt again!

Dining in a fondue restaurant is all about the social experience of spending time together and talking with your party while your food cooks. The Melting Pot is an great place for a date or to spend some time with your family. It's a cool setting and the food is excellent!Parking: The place is always packed, so finding a spot in their free lot can be a little difficult. I would recommend using their valet.
