We sat in the drive-through line for a good 30 minutes or more. We thought they may have been short of help, but when we got to the window, I could see that there were about 4 or 5 people working in the front. I'm not sure how many people were actually cooking. But with that many people, the line should've moved a little faster than it did.
The staff seemed to be new and didn't know what to do. They seemed very confused. The line for drive-thru was 15 cars deep, and they only had one lane open even though they have a dual drive up system. There was no sense of urgency. They had signs up at the kiosks that they were out of items but when people asked for or ordered those items at the counter with an employee they were able to order the items they were supposed to be out of.
