We got a large order and they did great keeping all the sandwiches organized and ensuring that the modifications requested were adhered to. They were friendly and helpful. I got the steak and peppers (Philly cheese steak) sandwich and a pickle spear which did not disappoint.
Unfortunately, this is the last time we are eating at Firehouse Subs. This place has gone way downhill in the last 5 years or so. And not just specific locations, we've been to several in CO and have had poor experiences at each. The sizes of the sandwiches have gotten smaller, but the prices have hiked way up. I typically like the sandwiches at Firehouse, but service was very poor at this location. Do not expect a quick stop here. I waited 12 minutes before being acknowledged by any of the several employees working behind the counter even though there was only one other customer in the store, waited at an empty register to order, then even longer after I placed my order. Bathroom out of soap, drink station was out of tea, overall not well maintained.
