I've gone to this location a lot and the past few times I've received sandwiches without the add ons I ordered and one time I was missing a sandwich. On the bright side, the man delivered my missing sandwich to my work about 5 minutes away which was very kind. Along with that I contacted jimmy John's about missing add ons on my sandwich and a man named Logan helped tremendously. His customer service was exceptional and he made things right. I've ordered from this Jimmy Johns dozens of time since I've lived in this neighborhood over the last few years. Overall the sandwiches and service have been good. I had a few issues on a couple order where a big chunk was missing out of the bread and that was annoying. I placed an order tonight and when I arrived after 6pm they were busy and only one girl appeared to be working! She must of had a big order come in because their were multiple subs stacked up on the countertop....read full review

I typically really enjoy JJs, but this location didn't meet the mark. The sandwich just wasn't very good and the service was sub-par (took over 15 minutes for them to acknowledge me, which I wouldn't have stood for if I hadn't done an online order that was supposedly to already have been done).
