Server was less than enthusiastic to serve us with almost no one in the restaurant. For the price, food is not a great value. It's definitely gone a bit down hill over the years.
One of my absolute favorite places to grab a bite to eat! A restaurant in my favorite department store? It’s genius! I’ve been coming here since it opened its doors. The food is amazing, best fries anywhere! The staff is hard working and friendly. Karen, Madilyn, McKenzie, and all the others who have come and gone over the years. This place is awesome for families. It felt really private. When the rest of the mall was buzzing and the wait at Cheesecake Factory was 2 hours we got right in. The view from the third story is really cool and the food is on point and so is the service. Made my whole evening.
