The credit card machine was down. When my mom's card didn't work the staff person gave her a really dirty look. Embarrassed my 94 year old mother. They don't serve milk with their oatmeal. And the croissants were old and dried out.
I went there over many many restaurants in area. Interesting unique menu. Always made with care. This location too. They brought our food to us, 2 trips. My wife in wheel chair. It all helps. Wish I could try every thing.

Ever since they added in these fast lane kiosks, service has gone down so bad. I walked in ordered my food on the kiosk, was waiting there for at least 4 minutes No one starting my order. A lady walks in after Ive already been waiting, orders with the worker and gets her food before mine even gets started. The workers have no sense of urgency here.
