Coming here as a local of Longmont is very fun! The food is good, and prices are reasonable, but the best part is being able to watch planes take off and land, and skydivers. Very good place for aviation fans.
Walking in hungry and being greeted by three of the sweetest, friendliest, welcoming smiles is always a good place to start. I always like asking for recommendations. If I didn't, I think I would always go to something familiar and never give myself an opportunity to try something new. The selection was a breakfast sandwich called the "Middle Seat." My new favorite summer spot. The food is incredible and the people are kind. Not to mention front row tickets to a nice airshow during chow time. The hardest part is deciding whether to tell everyone or keep it to myself.
