“This is my 1st time in Colorado and I was just passing through. I'm very cautious of going to Vietnamese Restraunts outside of Vietnamese Neighborhoods as they seem to be Non-Authentic due to their not being in Competition with the many other Viet Restraunts like in Places like California. However I was Impressed to Find a Authentic Viet Restraunt in the Middle of Nowhere. Also it made me Nervous to see non-vietnamese as waiters but once I passed the kitchen and saw the Uncle come out I was relieved. I give u all a 4 out 5 for the Fact that the Pho tasted like Real Pho and You all Include all of the different pieces of Beef just like Pho Dac Biet supposed to be. Also I was disappointed that you all closed early for the Super Bowl because I wanted to eat there but Its all good!“
“This is truly the best pho I ever had in my entire life… I went for supper and it was so good that I had to come back the next day for lunch. Anytime I’m in colorado I’m definitely going to be coming back. The service was amazing. The people are great. 10/10“
“The food is always consistent here and I know what I'm getting. This is quick and reasonably priced option. We've not eaten inside the restaurant but when picking up food, it's just a random space. The service is business like and prompt. My go to for a weeknight take out meal.“
“Very good rare beef steak pho. Even the small was enough for 2 meals. Also tried the Combination Noodle bowl also very good and about of beef was good but only 2 very small shrimp and small amout of chicken. Boba brown sugar tea was perfect to go.“
