This Dickey's location is hidden in a mixed use part office part retail building complex. The interior looked like you stepped into the 1940s as it was quite old and shabby and the employees lacked any enthusiasm in their jobs but we're helpful in figuring out to work the app which they later lamented. The meat was dry and didn't have that flavorful taste I've come to expect from other Dickey's location. As a lover of BBQ, I'd probably skip this location for future visits but...read full review
If I were reviewing the customer service alone, it would be 5 stars. I've eaten there twice and the person behind the counter was extremely customer oriented and friendly. However, the food was not up to the $17 I spent. Some of the brisket end pieces were so hard that they were inedible. When I tried to bite into them, they tasted stale, old, and were dry.
