Mainly writing this to Elliot F down below. I was there in the lobby when you burst in the door complaining about your order/app issue demanding a discount before even letting the guy respond. The staff wasn't rude at all as you mentioned several times that you were in your pajamas. He was absolutely right to refuse to give you a credit as he stated "because of your attitude."Besides the comical scene Elliot provided us to start, the visit was good as well as the food.
Went for breakfast on a Wednesday morning; the poor server had 6 tables on her own. However, all of our food and drinks came out at a reasonable time and it was delicious. My fiancé said the Mexican Chicken Burrito was the best burrito he’s ever had from an ihop. I had blueberry pancakes and they were regular and delicious as always.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kid friendly options, it’s ihop of course.Parking: Parking is plentiful, short walk.

Great service, great food and very clean! Seriously, I read other reviews complaining about hours posted vs when they are open. It’s got to be hard staying staffed but this place is trying. Had the Breakfast sampler. Pancakes, bacon, sausage, eggs all cooked perfectly. Orange juice was delicious too. It wasn’t even busy on a Saturday morning. Louisville folks don’t typically like chains but this place is excellent.
