So much to love about this place! Love that the ingredients are organic and free from seed oils for their sandwiches, salads and soups. Their gluten free bread is delicious and I appreciate that the other breads have sourdough starter. I am one that pays attention to ingredients in my food and the team has always been easily willing and helpful with giving that information when I have asked. It can't get any fresher than this! My favorite spot in probably all Boulder County. They offer a great variety of sandwiches hot & cold, fresh soups and salads, and everything is prepared with local ingredients. The staff is super friendly and always ready to answer questions about their menu. The place is small and it can get packed during lunchtime, but their food travels well if you want to do takeout.

Love this place! Service is fast and always friendly. Food is so delicious! Soup, sandwich, salad…. All of it!!! And it’s all ORGANIC! Try to find that anywhere in Boulder these days. Best lunch spot in town.
