What a great place! Ibaarived between lunch and dinner (my favorite time) and there was no one in the resteraunt with me. The gentleman behind the bar was so friendly and recommended the quesadilla and I got it with the barbacoa and it was so delicious! He also gave me a small sample of the chips and three salsas and they were all so delicious, mamy favorite was the orange one. I highly recommend this great place. I'll definitely be coming back here next time I'm in boulder
Love their Ahi tacos! Great food and service.The kids’ entrees are a bit disappointing. The bean and cheese burrito has no cheese and was just a sad tortilla with beans alone on a tray. I’m used to seeing a side of rice, beans, veggie, or something. With no drink included either it is a waste of money, probably better to get something a la carte from the regular menu in the future.

The California burrito is the bomb! Top it off with a margarita and fresh chips and YUM! The outdoor seating in the summer is lovely and the lively interior is just as good in the winter. Plus Verde is supportive of the local community, which makes it one of our family’s favorite spots.
