Breakfast at Doug's is hard to beat. Any of the breakfast combos that offer a choice of green or red chile can be served "Christmas style" too -- and that's my preference. Recently, I finally tried the pancakes: large, fluffy & tasty. You can get them with blueberries or chocolate chips mixed in, but the unadulterated version is mighty fine. One hint: they're a bit thirsty & you may want to ask for extra syrup up front.
This place has some solid breakfast food. I had the carne asada plate. Meat was tender and juicy and their green chili was good too. Overall really good place to eat with HUGE portions of food.

My family of 7 had brunch here today, with Ali D. as our server. I cannot recall ever having a better wait staff experience, than the one we had with Ali!! Friendly, enthusiastic, extremely personable, snd GREAT AT HER JOB!! The food was absolutely top notch too! So much so, that this out-of-stater will definitely make it a point to come back, next time I'm in town!
