Writing this review cause our waiter, Eddie, was so terrific (he was being trained by Felicia who was also top notch). He was friendly and attentive w/o being overbearing. It was really busy and the kitchen took FOREVER to make our wings, but he stayed on top of it, checking in frequently and making sure we had a nice experience. You can tell he enjoys what he does.
Went a few nights ago, haven't been to an Old Chicago since a late night visit after a Springsteen concert somewhere in the 2010's. Food was good, service was a little slow, not crazy slow, but the staff was dealing with a new POS so I completely understood. Out Server and manager were super friendly and they communicated well and overall just provided a great experience.
