I have had smashburger multiple time with no issues until today. Ordered online for pickup. Arrived right at time I scheduled for food to be ready, we waited for 15 minutes to get 3 burgers 3 fries and 3 shakes. Left with bag they stapled shut I assumed my ordered was correct but when we opened bag found we were missing fries I paid for. Stellar burgers, French fries, and tatter tots that are always fresh, hot, and crispy. Fresh avocado every time on the burgers. Milkshakes that truly take you to a better place in the mind body and soul!

Ordered 3 kids meals with cheeseburgers and one with a hamburger, was give 2 cheeseburgers and 2 hamburgers. Also didn't give us fries with all kids meals.
