If you use the drive-thru, expect to sit at the window for 5 to 15 minutes before anyone even talks to you. This location is close to my work which is the only reason I've tried my luck multiple times but not once have I left this location feeling the service was any better than 2 stars. No one has been out right rude, just no effort or care given.
Ordered online and went to pick up in the drive thru. They came to window and told me they can’t hand out online orders through the drive through because they need to verify the order. Went and parked, walked in, she asked what name the order was under, I told her and she handed me the bag. Literally no verification. Don’t make up bogus rules

Amazing customer service!!! I was in tonight and the gal working was cheerful and made my sandwich just as I like it! I was shocked to see gal who is there in the mornings working in Estes Park and she offered the same smile and cheerful voice and remembered me from her subway and asked if I wanted the usual, a real good feeling!!
