First off...LOVE their food! Great variety, sides, meats, awesome. My lower rating was due to ordering to go. Once home, I felt the portions were smaller than if I had dined in person. Pretty small sides, and I don't think I had a complete order of ribs. I know I've eaten in person and I've always had leftovers for a second meal. The food was amazing we ordered two helpings of their meal for 2, it fed 8 people and yes we had left overs. The drinks were great, not strong, not weak, perfect. Our server was so sweet the staff sang happy birthday with us to our son. Good times, thank you, Rib City. We'll be back.

However, I witnessed a party of 7 walk-in, and not one staff member greeted them for over 5 minutes.
