This review is for the vegan pho, which is absolutely stuffed with noodles, veggies, tofu, herbs, and broth! The portions here are unreal, a "medium" size lasts for two full meals. I wish the veggie broth had more of that classic spiced pho flavor, it has more of a plain vegetable broth taste. Nonetheless, I will definitely keep eating here and enjoying the excellent vegan options!

Huge dinning room with booths and a lot of orders ready for take out keeps the meats fresh. The broth was hearty and not too salty. My beef with pho places is having fresh meats and no old inventory. Good to see lots of regulars come here and a extensive menu.
