This is my second time here this year and I now remember why it was only the 1 time previous to this one this year. The service is just awful, nobody is friendly, nobody cares, there is simply no service. The last time, my order was forgotten and I had to wait and wait and wait, not even an apology. I love noodles & company for nights when I need something quick. But I’m reviewing for the kindness of their staff. I had a really awful day, and this note from Lexi was such a bright spot. Lexi, I am so grateful for this small gesture that meant so much. ❤️

Always dirty. Trash needed taken out, tables wiped down and chairs pushed in. The staff was working hard, hard on pickup orders while people folks in the dining room waited 30 minutes for their order. I don't go here much, because when I do, it's like this. Just doesn't seem to get better.
