We order pizza quite frequently in our home. We love Papa Johns when they get it right. Every time we order from Papa Johns at this location, we generally have hour late deliveries, cancellations being notified via email, and incorrect orders. We stopped ordering from them for months because of these issues. Last night the husband wanted stuffed crust and I hate pizza hut so we decided to give these guys a try again. I just want to thank Josh for his professionalism and kindness on handling a mistake in our order (very rarely happens) and the care we received. The replacement order exceeded our expectations and we are very thankful! Thanks again!

The delivery was 45 minutes beyond the online apps' estimated time of arrival. The pizza was cold. One pizza was turned over so that the cheese was sticking to the top of the box. Thus could not be eaten as cardboard was embedded into the cheese. Was also not cooked thoroughly. This was a total complete failure at every level.
