I live in Denver and anytime I’m in Pueblo I visit Burrito Betty. At the beginning it was delicious. Not now. The green chili is not the same, the potatoes are mushy. It’s just not the same. I can only assume they have changed the recipe and maybe using cheaper ingredients.

If somebody asked me about this place, the first thing I would say is: are you looking for amazing food or decent food at a reasonable price? This place is the latter.It is better than fast food, but if you go to any real dine-in restaurants you will recognize that the quality of this food is a cut below those. I always drove by it and seen that there was always cars early in the morning so I went during lunch and now I buy for my co workers every time I come get me a burrito. They are far the best burritos in pueblo.Parking: Not so much difficult finding parking but traffic is always moving . You park get your order and you are out . Fast you just have to take your best judgment on how to park convenient to you and others.
