First time here. Husband and I originally went to Texas Roadhouse, but there was a 1½ hour wait, so we turned around and went back to DJ's. We quickly realized that we did not have a reservation and that a reservation was required, but that was no problem because we were able to easily make one and get in the restaurant within 15 minutes. Service started out good, but even tho they were not busy they gave a time limit, and waitress seemed to have to ask advice as if policy changed depending on rude managements .mood. We go out often and prefer small independant resturants over chains but we will not be back. Food and drinks were fine.
When all of Pueblo restaurants were 70-90 minute wait, we thought of DJs. Meal was very good service was excellent. Wasn’t much more $ than any other nice restaurant in Pueblo. We won’t wait so long to go back. In par with Park East.
