“Had street tacos, horchata and piña colada. SO ordered the chimichanga.Piña colada was disappointing because it was flavorless, but the al pastor street tacos were delicious!”
“If you are looking for the best Asian restaurant with delicious chicken soup, shrimp curry, and super affordable prices in a small town, you cannot go wrong with Sherpa restaurant. You will also enjoy the best stories from the manager about his 17 attempts to conquer Everest and how he broke the world record by standing on the peak of Everest with no clothes, and more. We enjoyed every moment at the restaurant. Highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.”
“By far some of the best pizza I've ever had! Great hole in the wall joint to check out. Get the provel, you won't be disappointed if you like good cheese!”
“Came for breakfast on a Sunday morning and loved the experience! My wife had the breakfast fried rice and I had the Farmhouse Hash. Both were fresh and delicious and more than enough food! Great ambiance and the service was top notch! We'll return!”
“WOWWWW! Holy chick'n tenders!I am so glad I was able to stop by this food cart when it was in town. I missed it the first go 'round and I was bummed. But Gigi's came back. Here is my thank you from Fairplay!!!I got the tenders, mac and cheese and fries. The tenders are a southern style breading and they give you dips with no extra charge. (BBQ, honey mustard, ranch) The mac and cheese is AMAZING. It's made with shell pasta, peppery and creamy. And the fries are well seasoned, cajun style. You get more for your money here than most other businesses. What I'm sayin' is...I don't think you will be disappointed! Give this food cart a go next time it rolls through your town.”
“Tres is THE heart of Salida now. The live music will ALWAYS be good and the beer is excellent. It is such a safe place to bring our kids in the daytime and a place we end all date nights and meet friends. Keep supporting Tres!”
“If I could leave 10 stars, I would! Not only are Katelyn and Nathan amazing people, making recs and remembering what we like, the food is authentic and out of this world - cannot recommend peaks n pitas enough✨”
“Fresh, fast and fantastic food! We are new-ish to the area and are so happy to discover this spot. We have tried the chicken tacos and the quesadilla. Both were delicious and amazing! We have already been here twice this week! This will definitely be one of our regular stops for a delicious and affordable dinner.”
“Everything is good and as expected and I recommend, and will return when in the area. The salsa is good, they have Mexican coke. It's Mexican, not taco Bell.”
“Service great! Atmosphere great! Food great! Check this place out! Our server today was Nar and she was so helpful and very friendly and awesome. She made sure my daughter who was super hungry got her food super quick! Definitely kid friendly and adult friendly! Loved it! Thank you Nar!!”
“We visited Salida over twelve years ago and stopped by our way to Breckenridge. Based on reviews, we dropped in here for lunch. Our margarita pizza had freshly made ingredients and used a thin, flavorful crust. Our waitress was welcoming and attentive. We’d definitely visit again.”
“Best Chiles rellenos in the county. Whole chiles with fresh batter, I recommend crispy of course! Ask for the house hot sauces and go Christmas Style on 'em, you won't regret it”
“We absolutely love this spot. The sushi is really spectacular for being nowhere near an ocean! We live in Salida and this is a regular spot for us. We also love the fresh salad rolls and red curry with chicken. The service is always warm and welcoming. Most of the staff are cousins/family and you can feel the warmth!Dietary restrictions: I’m gluten free and they are very accommodating with the tamari and sushi recommendations”
“Not to be missed if you are in Salda! The sandwiches are delicious, they are original and with top quality ingredients. The atmosphere is always very lively and the service is attentive and professional. Highly recommended!!”
“Favorite spot in Salida! My only complaints are that they aren't open 24/7 and it's hard to choose just one thing off the menu. Great burgers, chicken, chicken salad, ribs, chili, fries, you name it. Gluten free bread and cookies that don't make you feel like you're left out due to dietary restrictions. Friendly staff that represents the small town Salida vibes perfectly. Highly recommend!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread and cookies”
