This is a good choice for a special dinner in Steamboat Springs. I ate at the bar, which I do quite often at places, and felt the bartenders could have been more attentive for this type of high end establishment. I felt like I needed to bug them to get anything since they never really checked on me. The food is great though, I had the lemon ash halibut and creme Brule. Both dishes I would recommend.
Food and ambiance were outstanding. I had indicated in my reservation that this dinner was a birthday celebration which was never acknowledged. It has been in the past, but not this time.

3 went for dinner. BLT wedge salad and warm spinach salads were great. The bison and 8 oz filet were cooked a perfection. Desserts and accompanying port were fantastic. The only complaint is the finishing of parmesan/ horseradish was tasteless/horrific. They made the 8 oz fillet into a cheeseburger. At the prices they charge, that is unconscionable. So go, spend a lot of money, just don't get any finishes on your steak.
