My food was up to Jimmy John's quality, but the staff there the day I went were extremely underwhelming. The person who took my order didnt ever adress me once, no hi how are you, or what would you like. He just stared at me as if I was an inconvenience in his life. He didnt even tell me my total at the register, nor did he offer me a recipt. Like seriously dood I get it working in fast food is soul sucking but at least communicate. I did service work for this place. Nothing but respect and hospitality was given. They handled a rush of customers like a solid crew should. I commend the team they have. They provided a much needed meal to boot. Cheers

Ordered delivery and it was freaky fast! They called to inform us that they were out of bottled lemonade which was super courteous. Dined in our 2nd time and it was great. Inside is nice and modern. Where are the napkins though?
