I normally have a good experience here. However, my last experience was negative. Around 3 p.m., I placed an order for a 4:30 pick up. I arrived at 430 and the pizza wasn't ready. I told them that I was there for a pizza that was to be ready at 430. Even though I was the only one in the store they proceeded to make 2 other pizzas before making mine. This papa Murphy’s is my favorite they tend to take care making their pizzas even when they are busy. I always get my pizzas with good coverage and a good amount of toppings too. Staff here has definitely earned these 5 stars!

I've been here a few times, and both the wait times and the quality has been hit and miss. Tonight especially the young folks they had working were doing their best, but were totally unable to keep up with demand. They need more support, and they really could have used a manager or owner with more experience making things run smoother and to talk to the crowd of customers that were having to wait nearly an hour longer than usual to receive their pizzas.
