I made an online order at 5:40pm went in to pick it up at 6:00pm and sat there for another 40 minutes before they made my order.I contacted Subway via email through the website to request a refund, it auto forwards to the Manager and she apologized and told me I had to go in the next day to receive my refund. Um I knew where I was going when I decided to grab a sub BUT, I didn’t know subway and particularly this location had gotten so bad from eating subway 25 yrs ago as a kid, teenager and then college. It was clear the employee helping me wasn’t trained well enough to know that if the sandwich bread breaks off and half of it crumbles you should get another piece of bread.
