“One of the best nights! My recommendation..First off they open at 4:00 pm- but show up early, we were a family of 5 & showed up 20 minutes before the doors opened. BUT worth it!!!! Because the people that showed up 3:50 had to wait 90 minutes. Food was fresh, delicious, fast! Food: the spicy miso ramen, pork bun, lamb skewers- alittle bit of everything- completely worth the $30 each Service: Robot servers made us laugh, the humans were great too! Wished they sold the serving dishes/chopsticks/chubby fish teal branded items as merchandise— I would SO buy sets for our family to enjoy at home! Will be back for a family nice of AYCE sushi and more!“
“Great food and service! Love the robot as soon as you walk in. Staff was super friendly and food was out promptly. Tons of lunch specials and resonibly priced.Picked this random spot because they have both sushi and chinese, think our family found its new spot. Also letting my son feed the fish was the icing on the cake as we left.10/10 will come back“
“Sushi rolls were fresh and the wontons appetizer was delicious. We had miso soup and house salad, a Philadelphia, spicy crunchy salmon, sex on the beach and shrimp tempura rolls. Went on a weekday evening and it was quiet with no wait, service was great, friendly helpful staff, bathrooms clean, table and booth were clean. Total bill was ~$85 with tip. We will definitely go back when craving sushi nearby.“
“If you're looking for something a Lil different then this is the place for you. They specialize in Mexican sushi ?. It might sound weird at first but trust me it's good. This is Sinaloa style sushi. I recommend El dragonsito roll. They also have a variety of drinks ? that are well made.“
“All five stars. Denver can be a challenging place for sushi. Mid tier sushi is top tier price.Uchi provides top tier sushi... at a top tier price. But over the top service. Sit at the sushi bar and ask for Thad. He made our time extremely special.Make sure you order fish you haven't had. And fish you have had. It will taste completely different. 10x better“
“My favorite spot in Denver. The service is always immaculate, the food is to die for, the atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming, but still retains a classy vibe. I’ve never had anything but incredible meals at this establishment. In my opinion, it beats Uchi on value for money. Staff are also very kind and talkative, which elevates the already excellent atmosphere. Nothing but love for Temaki Den. Definitely don’t skip out on trying it!-Grant“
“I came to Bamboo with my friend who lives in the area. I was visiting her from New York and she mentioned that we had to make time to get sushi here. Our waitress was Kait who was very kind and attentive. For an appetizer we split the mixed green salad (not pictured but so good) and the spicy tuna crispy rice which were both filled with delicious flavor. Due to our hunger level, we only ordered one special roll to split. We got the Garden of Eden roll which was so amazing. It was the perfect amount of food to split. One more roll would have been ordered if we were hungrier. Definitely would want to come back the next time I'm in Denver!!“
“Best sushi in Colorado, hands down. Not tiny pieces of fish on large pieces of rice. Creative rolls, specials all the time. Hospitality that's great. Sadly though, more people are finding out how awesome this place is, which is wonderful, just means reservations may be needed, but ensures they keep doing what they're very very good at.Agedashi Tofu is phenomenal, comes with a healthy shaving of Bonito.Anything with the berry jalapeño is also a balanced but tasty roll or taco...Oh and fresh Sea Snail, was pretty flavorful. The O-toro is really high quality and it's O-toro. Not like chu-toro or Akami that some others try passing off of something is clearly not.“
