Pizza went to wrong house maybe even wrong neighborhood. Call lots of times to get it fixed, eventually got it refunded and it delivered to me an hour after. Just a bad delivery driver and manager listening to me mad at them and fixing the issue still deserves a 5 star

If I could give them 0 stars I would, Marrissa was entirely too rude to my staff. She even told them that if they didn’t call back they were not getting their pizza that they paid for. This unacceptable and being on the Airforce Academy I expected better. I’ve been stationed and have never experienced such a thing. Pizza was also cold.

Our pizza wasn't throughly cooked upon arrival as the bottom of the pizza was VERY soft. As you can see in the picture the cheese on one of our pizzas slid to the other side of the pizza. I assume the delivery person was in a hurry. I believe this is unacceptable customer service. We've ordered several times from this Dominos and we always have something wrong with our order to include it being delivered to the wrong house. ?
