“Joy Sushi in Vail, Colorado, offers a satisfying sushi experience. The variety of rolls and sashimi showcased fresh ingredients and creative combinations. The ambiance is inviting, providing a comfortable setting for a meal. Service was prompt and friendly, enhancing the overall dining experience. While it may not be the most expansive sushi menu, Joy Sushi delivers a solid option for those craving quality sushi in Vail. #JoySushiVail #SatisfyingSushiExperience“
“Their sushi is amazing. One of the best I ever had. Maybe because is so expensive and I had to enjoy every minute of it. Hamachi Kama was so delicious! Cooked right and fresh. Toto and salmon belly melts in your mouth. Too bad I can only afford so much“
“Our group of 5 had a great dinner here. After a geat day of skiing, this meal becomes a great finale of the beautiful day at Vail.Consider this is vail, I would say the price of the meal is quite good. It is not different than the price of the resteraunt we are having at our home owner. We are travelling from the DC area. But the asian meal we had here very authentic for us.We ordered some thai and some chinese, Sichuan to be specific. it is fun ..... LOLand both owners , they are actually the fellow skier here, when the day of skiing is over, they come to run their great business.quite a lifestyle“
“Food is insanely good, servers are amazing. Pheobe has served us three years in a row now and is so sweet. The manager Luke is also very kind. He remembered my dad from past visits which brightened his whole day. You couldn't pick a better spot as long as you can get the reservation.“
“Make a reservation here for sure, however, we scored a seat at the cocktail bar and the service was absolutely top notch, thanks Dan! We had the spicy tuna with crispy rice, do not miss this as the rice and the house made soy sauce is divine. Jalapeño yellowtail on point. Followed with some snow crab sashimi, eel and cucumber, and there was a special roll with whitefish and seshito peppers which we ended up ordering a second round it was so good. Also their house special roll was scrumptious. It’s really like tapas sushi - so if you know what you like it’s really hard to go wrong here. Great view of the slopes and if you know what to order you’ll be in heaven. Make a reservation or wing it at the bar, you won’t be disappointed.“
