They seem to be revamping their image as Colorado morphs into a foodie destination. I noticed upscale dishes and new menus my last visit. Have been a customer since they were off of 84th and Federal. Great specials, want to try the ribs on my next visit.
A little bit overpriced but still good food. Very loud when trying to place pickup order and the employee couldn't hear me, couldn't seem to find a place to move out another phone to take order where he could actually hear me. We eat at Rosita's fairly often and enjoy it as neighborhood comfort Mexican Food place. It's not high end but always good. We go for breakfast sometimes and enjoy their breakfast menu too. Service is always good and we feel like we're part of the family
